Policy

Madilyn Chandler designs and creates images for anyone to enjoy. The intent and purpose of this policy is to convey the proper order of business when handling online digital content.

1. TIME AND PLACE

Each product service "package" requires a certain amount of hours of work. During this time, contact from the consumer will be ignored in favor of total concentration. If Madilyn Chandler has any questions or concerns, she will proceed to make contact. Delays may occur if distracting emails are sent, so please understand that contact is inappropriate during the allotted time. Delays caused by the consumer may cause the final product to be unfinished, and additional work will not be granted.

2. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments must be made through Paypal using USD. It is possible to change which type of currency you use if you are outside the United States. Payments must be paid in advance and no longer than 48 hours after contact is confirmed. See products and services for more information about requests. PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

Package prices are determined by the number of hours spent as well as the product itself. If you are curious about the process, you may ask questions before you decide if you would like to request service. Please be prepared to answer a somewhat extensive questioning before the service begins. 

Adjustments and edits are 20% extra on prices, but if you request either within 24 hours, they will be given freely at Madilyn's sole discretion. Please understand that larger edits will be not be free. If you dislike the final product in its entirety,
